Laura Langevin, MSN, PMHNP-BC, Owner
Laura is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with 10+ years of experience in urgent/emergent, psychiatric, and home care nursing. She graduated summa cum laude with a Master of Science in Nursing through Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Science (MCPHS). While attending MCPHS, she was a member of Sigma Theta Tau Nursing Honor Society and developed a strong knowledge of psychopharmacology.
Laura takes an integrative approach to mental health that includes genetic testing, bio-psycho-social individualism, spirituality, supplementation, and psychopharmacology. Laura is licensed in RI and MA, has a Suboxone waiver for the treatment of opioid use disorders, and specializes in dual diagnosis utilizing Vivitrol for substance use in office. She has experience working with treatment-resistant depression using rTMS, and Spravato (Esketamine) nasal spray.
Laura enjoys spending time near the ocean and with family. She considers herself a person of deep faith and integrity.

Meghan McGrath, MSN, FNP-BC
Meghan is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a Master's in Nursing from Simmons University and a Master's in Counseling Psychology from Anna Maria College. She is licensed in RI and MA, and has been working in mental health for the last 3 years with a passion for treating substance use and PTSD. Meghan uses an holistic approach, with a focus on healthy lifestyle, therapy, and medication management.
She is dedicated to providing personalized care tailored to your unique needs, using a bio-psycho-social individualism perspective. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, or other mental health challenges, she offers a safe space for you to explore your emotions and find effective solutions, focusing on evidence-based treatments.
She has experience working with treatment-resistant depression using Spravato (Esketamine) nasal spray.
Meghan considers herself fun-loving and laid back with a love for Travel and family.

Yahenys Benoit, MSN, PMHNP-BC
Yahenys is a board-certified nurse practitioner who earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Regis College. Fluent in both English and Spanish, she is passionate about providing accessible, compassionate mental health care and helping patients feel genuinely heard and understood.
Her approach to care is collaborative and individualized, recognizing that no two people experience mental health challenges in exactly the same way. Yahenys works closely with each patient to develop a treatment plan that reflects their unique needs, experiences, and goals. She believes education and shared decision-making are essential parts of effective treatment and incorporates medication management, supportive counseling, and patient education into her practice.
She strives to create a safe, supportive, and judgment-free environment where patients feel comfortable being themselves,. Her goal is not simply to treat a diagnosis, but to understand and care for the person behind it.
Outside of the office, Yahenys enjoys spending time outdoors and staying active through yoga and Pilates

Regina Standrick, Director of Operations
Regina serves as the Director of Operations at Salt & Light Behavioral Health & Wellness, where she is dedicated to creating a welcoming, organized, and compassionate experience for every patient who walks through our doors. With over seven years of healthcare administrative and leadership experience, she plays a vital role in ensuring the practice operates smoothly while supporting both our patients and clinical team.
Regina has specialized in psychiatric and behavioral health settings, serving in management roles that included overseeing Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and Spravato® treatment coordination. Her extensive experience navigating patient care, insurance processes, benefits Coordination, scheduling, and multidisciplinary treatment programs allows her to help patients feel supported throughout every step of their journey.
Known for her attention to detail, strong leadership, and genuine care for others, Regina is passionate about creating systems that allow both patients and providers to thrive.
Outside of the office, Regina enjoys spending time with her family, exploring the mountains, and caring for the animals she loves. Her warmth, dedication, and commitment to serving others make her an invaluable part of the Salt & Light family.

Evan Cook, Insurance Coordinator
Evan is the Insurance Coordinator at Salt & Light Behavioral Health & Wellness, where he specializes in insurance benefits, eligibility verification, and supporting patients as they navigate the financial aspects of their care. He works closely with our clinical team to help ensure a smooth experience from the first phone call through ongoing treatment.
In addition to coordinating insurance, Evan assists the clinical team during Spravato® treatment sessions, providing compassionate support to patients throughout their visit. His calm presence, kind heart, and genuine desire to help others have made him a favorite among many of the patients he serves.
Grounded in his faith and committed to serving others with excellence, Evan approaches every interaction with patience, respect, and compassion. His dedication to helping people feel cared for and supported makes him an important part of the Salt & Light team.
